Buffers live where they belong: sanitation on the cabin, preparation and rest on the treatment. The hold covers the real occupancy rather than the billable minutes, so nobody is booked into a room still being cleaned.
Balneo
Courses, not appointments
Book ten repeats of the same procedure in one action. Conflicts are shown day by day and the days that worked stay booked, so nobody restarts a course because Thursday was full.
Compliance
Balneo and wellness are different things
A centre is spa, wellness, balneo-medical or thalasso, and the screens follow that choice rather than a payment plan. Dates of birth exist from the first row, so age limits and guardian consent never need a migration later.
Money
Therapists paid to the basis point
Commission resolves from the most specific rule — this therapist for this treatment, then the category, then the therapist, then the treatment, then the house default — and the rule that applied is frozen onto the entry. A correction is a new negative row, never a quiet edit.
